Terms of Service

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done through your account. Accounts are for one person — do not share, resell or transfer access.

Access and payment

Access is sold in two tiers, paid in Nigerian Naira through our payment processor. The Starter tier includes 15 book credits; the Unlimited tier includes unlimited book generation for normal individual use, subject to fair-use protections against automated or abusive volume. Book credits do not expire on a timer and are consumed only when a new book is generated — editing, re-exporting or re-downloading an existing book never costs a credit.

If you run out of credits, generation pauses but every book you have already created stays fully accessible, editable and downloadable. You may buy more credits or upgrade at any time.

Refunds

Because access and AI generation are delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable once you have generated a book. If something goes wrong before you have used the studio, email brandedbusinessautomation@gmail.com and we will review your case.

Ownership of what you create

You own the books, covers and marketing copy you create with Artistrybooks, including full commercial rights to publish and sell them. We claim no royalties. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before publishing it, and for making sure it complies with the rules of whichever store you sell on (Amazon KDP, Google Play Books, Selar, Nestuge or your own site).

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, defamatory or sexually exploitative content.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• No plagiarising or reproducing another author's work.
• No scraping, reselling access, or automating the studio at abnormal volume.
• No medical, legal or financial claims presented as professional advice.

We may flag, suspend or disable an account that breaches these rules, and we log the reason when we do.

Service availability

The studio depends on third-party AI and payment providers. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or improve over time.

Limitation of liability

Artistrybooks is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the studio or the books you publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
